MEDITERRA COLLECTION

In 2022, Yolegmma set sail across the Mediterranean, crossing the enchanting islands of Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, and beyond. During several months, she  explored and collected seeds to bring back to life in our Mediterra Collection.

Our first mediterranean series was inspired by the magnolia's graceful seed, discovered on the lush
island of Lipari.

Southern Forests

Our first collection is a tribute to the Venezuelan Andes, the home country of its creator, Yolegmma Marquez. Born and raised in these mountains, the collection reflects the designer’s deep connection with the Andes’ lush vegetation, majestic mountains, and trees.

The names of these lighting fixtures honor the Guaraní indigenous language, in an attempt to reclaim the Andes’ beauty and bring it into all living spaces.

OUR COMMITMENT

Sowing the Future: A commitment to sustainable design & reforestation

We’ve teamed up with the Argentinean NGO ReforestArg and joined their plan to restore
fire-damaged forests with 150,000 new trees to be planting throughout the year 2024.

ReforestArg will involve both local communities and volunteers coming from sustainable companies in this effort and will also provide workshops about environmental stewardship.

In 2024 ReforestArg commits to planting 150k new trees in areas ravaged by fire:

Phase I - APRIL, 2024

4k Trees

+

80 Local Volunteers

Yolegmma Marquez Studio joins the Holy Week tree-planting group, to donate 300 trees and personally planted them together with the volunteers.

Phase II - YEAR  2025

Reforestarg Goal 150k Trees

The studio plans to return to the Patagonia reforestation campaign in September 2025. This time, the donation  aligns with the new collection of lamps inspired by Patagonian seeds collected in 2024 during the first phase of this cooperation program.
